Job Description: General support for our small yet busy music licensing and creative agency with offices in Pasadena and Ventura. Specific duties include soliciting and logging music submissions from record labels and other content providers, online research, content formatting, email and phone follow-ups, running errands, and general clerical duties.

Necessary skills/qualities:

• High school graduate (college degree preferred)
• Interest in (and knowledge of) contemporary music and trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Responsible
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Outgoing and ready to learn


Applicants must be at least moderately proficient in the following operating systems and applications:

• Mac OS X (you'll have your own 20" iMac)
• Windows
• Photoshop
• Fetch (or similar FTP application)
• Word
• Excel
• Outlook or Entourage
• iTunes
• iChat (or similar instant messenger application)

Applicants must have a car.

There are two unpaid internship positions open. They are part-time (2 days a week) unpaid internships lasting 3-6 months. One is based in Pasadena, and the other is in Ventura. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in working on the cutting edge of the music industry and learning about every aspect of it. In exchange for your time and enthusiasm, we can offer a wealth of knowledge, insight and experience, as well as a fun, relaxed work environment. These positions may evolve into paid positions.
