Sound Movement

Ezekiel is one of the world's best-known action sports apparel brands. Based on their vision, we designed and built Sound Movement, the music section of their web site that was live from 2006 to 2008, when the site was redesigned.

Conceived and developed by us entirely in flash, the page consisted of a music blog, a 5-artist spotlight area (which included streaming audio, artist bios, photos and other meta data) and an archive of all artists featured on the site. In addition to developing Sound Movement, we also acquired all of the artist content for it on a quarterly basis. Thanks to our deep industry relationships, we were able to acquire permissions and assets for the many artists on Ezekiel's indie-heavy wish list.

Artists featured in Sound Movement include Peter, Bjorn & John, Spank Rock, White Rabbits, Delta Spirit, Cold War Kids, Electrelane, Au Revoir Simone, The Octopus Project, Good Shoes, Klaxons, and many others.

Music is a huge part of Ezekiel's brand identity. Thanks to Sound Movement, they were able showcase their favorite artists in cool, dynamic way.
